Tajines are North African earthenware pots used to cook Moroccan stews.

The conical shape to the tajine lid is designed to guide condensation back down into the base where the stew is cooking, helping to preserve the aromas of the dish.

Our beautiful tajines are handmade from terracotta in Morocco, and come in a wide variety of colours.

*Note: only the unglazed, plain terracotta tajine may be used for cooking; the coloured options should only be used as decorative serving dishes.
